About the event

Our breasts have been commodified, sexualized, and fear-mongered. We have been taught to check for lumps as a "cancer preventative" without any education about our own anatomy. Our breasts are inherently lumpy, so how do we know what we are feeling?
The breasts are the extensions of our hearts and must be tended regularly and with patience and care. Breasts are an important and integral part of our lymphatic system (AKA immune system). We are so excited to see you in the Red Tent and learn together what our tissues want us to know. Let's empower ourselves to truly know our bodies and how to tend to them.
This class is an opportunity to learn the basics of breast anatomy and lymphatic flow to support healthy breast tissue.
Peyta and Casey are here to help you rewrite the narrative you hold in your breasts, as well as teach you some life-changing skills to take home to your daily self-care practice.
